What is Included:

Xero offers specific pricing for the South African market tailored to NPOs.

• The Offer: They typically provide a 20–25% discount for life for registered non-profits.

• Local Benefit: Xero is VAT-compliant for South Africa and integrates with local banks, which is critical for the "audit-ready" reporting required by many SA donors.

How to Apply: You will need your NPO registration certificate or your SARS PBO status letter. Canva uses Goodstack (and sometimes TechSoup) to verify South African organizations.

What is Included:

Microsoft for Nonprofits is a highly comprehensive suite, but it has undergone significant changes in 2025 and 2026 regarding what is "free" versus "discounted."  

• The Core Donation: Microsoft 365 Business Basic -You can use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a web browser or on a phone, but it does not include the desktop-installed versions. Free for up to 300 users.  

• Microsoft 365 Business Premium. Full installed versions of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for up to 5 PCs/Macs per user. Approximately R98.00 per user/month
