  • Our Pre-Sentence Assessments are focussed on  Informing the Court and  Guiding the Sentence. 

  • Based on the individual's risk and mitigating factors, we assist the Court to understand the person and behaviour before them

Parental Capacity  Assessments and Reports

  • We act as independent assessors who evaluate the capacity of caregivers, identify all relevant risk/protective factors.

  • We provide a  formal report, offering professional recommendations on custody and visitation

  • The importance of a comprehensive VIA in the CJ extends far beyond merely detailing mitigating or aggravating circumstances for sentencing.

Are Our Reports Court Admissable

Yes. All our assessments are conducted by qualified social workers registered with the SACSSP. Our reports are compiled according to forensic standards, ensuring they meet the evidentiary requirements for both Criminal and Civil court proceedings in South Africa.
