As expert social workers we apply our principles and expertise to address complex legal issues and litigation. In the criminal justice system, we aim to support and promote Therapeutic Jurisprudence (TJ) by assisting the court to understand the person and behaviour before them. Our family and civil services adopt a child-centered and safeguarding-focused approach, ensuring the child's voice is heard, considered, and taken into account on all matters. We believes the justice system is positioned to do more than simply assign blame or penalties; it can be an active catalyst for transformation.
Smart Bail Assessments. Making the Right Call for Public Safety and Justice. We do not simply evaluate risk, but also identify protective factors and community supports that can mitigate the risk of flight or re-offending, if applicable.
Ensuring Safety, Meeting Needs, and Supporting Long-Term Well-being of the child. Our Social Workers are expert, unbiased assessors who determines the capacity, identifies risk and protective factors, and recommends a path forward.
Accurately Profiling Risk. Strategically Planning Rehabilitation. We Measure Risk and Mitigation and plan for Minimizing Risk and Effective Rehabilitation. Our Impartial and Accurate risk assessment minimizes re-offense potential.
We act as independent assessors who evaluate the capacity of caregivers, identify all relevant risk/protective factors, providing formal report, offering professional recommendations on custody and visitation.
Our Pre-Sentence Assessments are focussed on Informing the Court and Guiding the Sentence. Based on the individual's risk and mitigating factors, we assist the Court to understand the person and behaviour before them.
Our Supervised Visitation provides for a Safe Space, neutral ground and Healthy Connections​. Our services are Professional, Neutral and Accountable with clear Reporting. We focus on Skill-Building Visits for Lasting Family Success.

The importance of a comprehensive victim impact assessment (VIA) in the criminal justice process extends far beyond merely detailing mitigating or aggravating circumstances for sentencing. It provides necessary opportunities for victims' stories to be heard and acknowledged, thereby facilitating the process of emotional recovery

Our varied programs [DUI, Violence, Anger etc.] are offered in a group format, focused individual interventions, and available as online sessions, allowing every person to find the structure that best supports their journey toward a sustainable, better future.
